Production of sausage products decreased by 13%
As a result of seven months of 2015 Ukrainian meat processing companies produced 133 ths. tons of sausage products, which is 13% lower than the previous year. This reduction is associated with a decrease of consumer purchasing power and demand for these products.
Cooked sausages and sausages occupied the largest share in the structure of production - 65% - which corresponds to 86 ths. tons and indicates a reduction in personal income.
