Winter crops sowing are in satisfactory state
According to the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Yuriy Melnik, the winter crops sowings are in satisfactory state.
The Minister noted that area under winter crops sowings totals 8.2 mln ha, including 1.5 mln ha under winter rapeseeds.
At that, in some regions there are certain problems with winter barley and rapeseeds sowings.
But, as the Minister noted, these problems are not critical.
