Ukraine exhausted European duty-free quota for honey, juice and corn
Within one and a half months of this year, as of February 16, Ukrainian enterprises have been exhausted duty-free quota to supply corn, grape and apple juice, and honey to the EU.
According the terms of the EU-Ukraine DCFTA and the duty-free quota foreseen for the import of Ukrainian production to the countries of European Union, quota on corn (400 th t), grape and apple juice (10 th t), and honey (5 th t) were completely exhausted.
Duty-free quota for such commodity positions are close to be filled out: barley (took out 90% or 225 th t out of 250 th t), barley grits and flour (63% or 3.9 th t out of 7 th t), sugar (62% or 12.4 th t out of 20.07 th t), wheat (55% or 519 th t out of 950 th t), oats (45% or 1.8 th t out of 4 th t), processed tomatoes (44% or 4.4 th t out of 10 th t).
