The UCAB Association supports signing of memorandum by grain business and the Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine
Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine and grain business’s entities have signed memorandum about mutual persecution and understanding. In particular, the memorandum foresees export correction based on real production and yield projections.
Sides have agreed to cooperate on issues of balance specifications unification concerning grain market of Ukraine, in particular, for estimation of limiting export volumes due to guarantee national food security and avoidance of export barriers implementations.
Sides continue to agree optional export volumes based on preceding grain demand & supply balance in 2016/2017 MY considering diversified types of grains, including quality and consumption usage specifications.
The memorandum does not include final prices as yielding indicators have not been presented. Authorities and business representatives plan to have a meeting based on monthly basis.
