Plant Poltavpivo acquired by company Sarmat-Yug
CEO of the enterprise Poltavpivo has announced that the Russian distribution company Sarmat-Yug has become the buyer of the asset. The plant is to start producing beer under the trademark Rizhskoe and drinking water, and will also resume manufacture of beer Stary Mlyn in October 2009. Production capacity of Poltavpivo reaches 600,000 hectolitres per year.
