Kernel Group attracts syndicated credit worth USD 170mn
Kernel Group has drawn USD 170mn (EUR 116.59mn) from a consortium of banks with participation of ING Bank (the Netherlands). The credit was provided at the floating rate of (LIBOR + 5.0%)/0.98. The funds are to be used to finance purchase, transportation and processing of sunflower seeds.
