Furshet and Auchan plan to unite logistics
The retail chains Furshet and Auchan Hypermarket Ukraine intend to cooperate in the logistics sphere. A plan to unite logistics is elaborated. According to CEO of Auchan in Ukraine Mr. Gerard Gallet, particularly, joint usage of warehouse premises and distribution centres is discussed.
Auchan Group possesses 20% of shares in the chain Furshet. The companies set up a joint venture for development of the hypermarket chain in Ukraine in 2007.
