President of Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB), General Director of Industrial Milk Company Alex Lissitsa held a lecture for students of The National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine: Agricultural Enterprises of Future. Challenges for Modern Students.  The event was organized in cooperation with Board of Employers of the Faculty of Agricultural Management of NULES and AgriSchool UCAB Project on October 6.

For students, this meeting was a good opportunity to get business tips first hand, to assess their prospects and opportunities, identify new areas for self-development, find more about life experiences of successful businessman. In his welcoming speech rector of NULES Stanislav Nikolayenko stressed the importance of meetings of famous and successful people, who are graduates of the university and prove their competitiveness on the labor market, with students.

Alex Lissitsa shared his secrets of success and achievement of his goals with students. He presented the audience his own vision of development of agricultural sector of Ukraine and spoke about the changes in the structure of agricultural enterprises, crop productivity, comparing foreign experience and Ukrainian realities. President of UCAB noted that only those companies, that increase the efficiency and productivity of their activities, implement innovations, invest in human capital and develop social responsibility in the country, will be successful in future.

Alex Lissitsa and students exchanged views on the prospects of development of Ukrainian agricultural sector, improving the investment climate in the country and their future employment. In conclusion, he wished the students not to stop, to develop and work hard to become a new generation of leaders and successful entrepreneurs.
