Ukrzernoprom Agro LLC proudly announces the assignment of Fyodor Vlad, the former first Deputy of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and as the first deputy general director responsible for the Company’s daily operations.

Fyodor Vlad was born in 1963 in Odessa Region. In 1985 he graduated with honors from Odessa Agricultural Institute, Department of Agrarian Science. 2002 Fyodor Vlad entered Odessa Regional School of the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration and successfully graduated in 2003 with the Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Fyodor Vlad worked in agricultural industry for 18 years including 15 years as a manager. At the age of 26 he was appointed the director of the State Farm Borodinskoye (Odessa Region) and thus became the youngest farms’ director in the region. Under Mr. Vlad’s management in 2 years the Farm held the top position among the other agrarian enterprises of the Region in terms of financial and economic results.

In July 1998 Fyodor Vlad was appointed to a position of the director of Berezinskiy Elevator. Again, in 2 years Fyodor Vlad succeeded to increase three times the production volumes. Moreover he took a decision to start crop raising, which improved the company’s financials.

2004 Mr. Vlad became the Head of the Management Board of Pererobnyk (the city of Krivoy Rog) – one of the biggest grain processing enterprises in Ukraine. In 18 month he achieved sound results - the company was included to The Top-100 List of Ukrainian companies.

Fiodor Vlad was elected twice as a member of Odessa Regional Council (the local Parliament), 2005 he took the job of the Regional Parliament’s speaker .

Starting from 2006 Fyodor Vlad worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Before recruited to Ukrzernoprom Agro he held a position of the First Deputy of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, responsible for all the financial and economical operations of the Ministry as well as for the supply.
