ABOUT THE COMMITTEE
UCAB Land Relations Committee presents consolidated position of the leading agricultural companies in Ukraine in the development and discussion of legislative initiatives in the Land Law. Besides the development of its own legislative initiatives, Committee activities aim to improve the existing land relations. Among other things, the task of the committee is to develop a comfortable environment in the land sector for agriculture producers business, as well as exchange of experience in solving problems in this area. The Committee cooperates with the Parliamentary Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, State Service of Ukraine on Geodesy Cartography and Cadaster and other central executive bodies and public services.
PRIORITIES [Updated: 22.07.2022]
→ Formation of a comfortable legal land relations field for doing agribusiness;
→ Exchange of experience between members of the committee;
→ Providing proposals for improvement of existing laws and developing regulatory acts in the field of land law;
→ Establishment of cooperation with landlords through the formalization of lease relations.
