Landkom International abandons plans to merge
The Ukrainian company Landkom International specializing in the production of oil-bearing and grain crops has abandoned its plans to merge with one of large operators of the agricultural market. The decision was taken by large investment shareholders of the company after all possible variants of the deal were appraised. To finance the company's development, additional funds will be attracted from the current shareholders and new investors. In particular, Landkom International is planning to float 195mn new ordinary shares at the price of GBP 0.05 (EUR 0.05 USD 0.08) which will allow to attract GBP 9.75mn GBP 9.75mn (about USD 16mn).
