Furshet carrying out negotiations on restructuring of bonds
The chain of supermarkets Furshet is holding negotiations on restructuring the E series bonds for the sum of UAH 50mn (EUR 4.12mn USD 6.07mn). Announced volume of the issue stood at 50,000 units with the nominal of UAH 1,000. 50,000 bonds have been placed so far. There was no demand for the rest bonds among investors and the company made the decision to close them. The loan is to be covered till 7 October 2011. Interest earning are to be paid out each three months.
